Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Web Editor, you create and publish content on the Payment Authority's external and internal websites. You evaluate and produce your own content, but also edit texts from others. The role involves both producing new material and managing and improving existing content. In consultation with our Web Manager, you work on web structure, search optimization, and analyze user behavior. Other tasks within the communications area may also occur.

You will primarily

• Work with web publishing in CMS (Sitevision).
• Manage, plan, and produce content for digital channels.
• Continuously monitor and improve content based on user needs.
• Identify communication needs, propose, and implement activities.
• Participate in the work on our new external website and the continued development of our intranet.

We are looking for someone who has

• Post-secondary education in the web and communications field, or other education we consider equivalent.
• Experience with web publishing tools and at least 2 years of recent work experience in operational web publishing.
• Experience working in a data-driven manner and evaluating content and initiatives in digital channels.
• Experience working with plain language (klarspråk).
• Basic knowledge of the accessibility directive (WCAG).
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience working with Sitevision.
• Experience working with websites within the public sector.
• Basic knowledge of image editing.

Desired Competencies and Skills

To succeed in the role of Web Editor, you need to have high personal maturity and be self-reliant. You are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture and are clear in your communication.

Other Information

The agency is located in Stockholm in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. Security clearance may be required. The position is a one-year parental leave substitute on a full-time basis from 2026-10-05 to 2027-10-05.
