ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for an engaged female assistant who wants to work as a temporary substitute for our child client, located approximately 5 km outside the city center. We offer the following position:

1 temporary substitute who can work as needed, the work is primarily scheduled on weekends between 07:00–20:00, but may also occur on weekday evenings between 15:00–20:00.

Start date is immediate, so we would appreciate it if you could begin the introduction process as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an 8-year-old girl who enjoys coming up with fun and rewarding activities together with her assistants, such as swimming, cycling, outdoor activities, having coffee in town, etc. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has a multi-functional disability.

The duties include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores
• Mobility and transfers
• Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Verbal training and stretching
• Activation/engagement in activities

Are you an active woman who likes to both plan and carry out outdoor activities, bowling, swimming, and cycling together with the client? Additionally, do you enjoy going to cafes for coffee, visiting markets, or watching various sports events together with the client? The client rides horses, and there are fur-bearing animals in the home; therefore, it is of utmost importance that you, as an applicant, are comfortable around animals and horses.

Your role as a personal assistant to the client means being helpful in daily life where the disability limits her. This means you provide support and help with training, play, activities, personal care, mobility, and meals. You need to have the willingness and ability to plan and participate in activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Comfortable around fur-bearing animals and horses

Employment level: Temporary substitute as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
