Do you want a rewarding side job where you make a real difference? At Inre Kraft, we are now looking for two dedicated personal assistants for temporary work now + summer substitute in July for our client in Sunderbyn.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for two personal assistants. We offer the following opportunities:
Temporary work as needed:
As a temporary worker, the work is primarily scheduled on Sundays from 08:00–11:00. In addition to the regular Sunday shifts, there are good opportunities for extra work in case of sick leave or vacation among the regular staff. During these times, work shifts may also occur on weekdays from 05:30–08:30 and Saturdays from 08:00–11:00.
Summer substitute during July:
During July, the working hours are changed – you work from approx. 08:00 in the morning. During this period, we need someone who is available for work Monday–Sunday throughout the entire month, or the majority of this period.
Start date and introduction are agreed upon separately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man who lives with his family in Sunderbyn.
The duties include:
- Assisting with personal care, dressing, and undressing.
- Occasional household chores.

REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Swedish is a plus, but good English can compensate for a lack of Swedish skills, as communication with the client can be conducted entirely in English.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Driver's license and access to a car: If you live in Luleå, public transport works well for weekend shifts. However, for extra work on weekdays from 05:30–08:30, a driver's license and access to a car are required, as local transport connections are limited during these hours.
Employment level: 1 temporary worker, primarily Sundays.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Your application will be read by employees at Inre Kraft, the client, and the client's relatives. The selection process is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. We warmly welcome your application.
To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
