About the role

At Perido, we are looking for a Lease Manager for our client, a successful automotive company based in Gothenburg, where this position is also located.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Lease Manager, you will handle and develop lease-related issues connected to the company's properties and premises. The role involves many contact points and requires strong skills in driving dialogues and negotiations in a professional manner.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the lease portfolio
• Dialogue and ongoing contact with property owners
• Handle lease negotiations and contract matters
• Ensure that contracts and terms are monitored and followed
• Support the business with premises and lease-related questions

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, self-driven, and confident in handling multiple parallel cases simultaneously. You have strong administrative skills, work meticulously, and have a natural focus on order, follow-up, and ensuring that contracts and terms are adhered to. • Communicative and thrive in a role with many contact points

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until October 2027. Start date October 2026.
