ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for the summer or as a substitute assistant for our client in Storön, Kalix.
The working hours are as follows:
07:30–14:00, 15:30, or 17:00
14:00–21:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 70s who is interested in going downtown, crafts, and gardening. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life, as she suffered a stroke a number of years ago.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Mobility assistance, help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and some training
The client uses a manual wheelchair.

Driver's license and access to a personal car
Ability to tolerate fur animals, as the client has a dog

Employment level: 2 positions, substitute assignments, summer vacation
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
