About the job

In the role of case handler, you work with more advanced investigations within the employer area, linked to foreign companies. The cases vary in complexity, and you need to be able to handle situations where information is missing or incomplete. This means you analyze and assess different types of documentation. You request supplements via phone and letter in contact with companies. With support from laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. You work closely with your colleagues, and you support and receive support from each other.

You plan your own workday and drive your cases forward both independently and in collaboration with others. You work closely with your colleagues, and you support and receive support from each other. The work is varied, and you learn and gain new knowledge. You have flexible working hours, and it is a matter of course for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You belong to Tax Section 9 at Tax Unit 6 on the Personal Tax Department, located in Malmö. On our section, we are 18 colleagues.

About you

In this job, you should:

• independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results

• speaking and writing simply and clearly in Swedish and English
• be good at collaborating and supporting others to achieve common goals
• be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions

You must also have:

• a university education of at least 180 credits (120 points) in law or economics
• current and relevant work experience in handling or investigative work.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in taxation.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be carried out before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
