About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an HR Partner for their operations in Örebro. This is a role for you who wants to work close to the business and contribute to developing both the organization and its employees.
You will have an important role as support to managers and work with varied HR issues in an organization where collaboration, development, and engagement are in focus.
Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but include among other things:
- Support managers with HR-related questions
- Work with recruitment and onboarding
- Handle personnel administrative processes
- Contribute to the development of HR routines and working methods
- Work with employee issues and working environment
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have education within HR or a similar field
- Are communicative and have good collaboration skills
- Are structured and responsible
- Have a solution-oriented approach to work
- Enjoy working both operationally and administratively
Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great importance on your attitude and willingness to develop within HR.
