About us:

Since its founding in 2014, 3D Prima has grown to become one of Europe's largest retailers and distributors of 3D printers and related materials. 3D Prima sells products under its own brand but also offers a wide range from the most well-known and popular manufacturers on the market. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, with subsidiaries in Germany and the United Kingdom. We currently have 40 employees at the Malmö office and maintain a steady growth rate of around 30% per year. Our annual turnover is approximately 500 million SEK with very good profitability.

Accounting Assistant

We are now looking for additional support for our finance team, which currently consists of only one person.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be a vital part of our daily operations. The pace can sometimes be fast, so it is important that you can maintain a steady workflow. Your workplace will be at our office in Malmö, where we also have our warehouse.

You will report to your direct manager and work closely with colleagues.

We welcome applications from both women and men. We believe you have studied economics at least at the upper secondary level and are eager to enter the working world. Any prior experience is, of course, a plus.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, stress-resistant, and respectful of deadlines. You must have some flexibility to handle work peaks and seasonal variations, as well as the ability to step in where needed.

The workplace consists of a tight-knit team, so good collaboration skills, both within the group and externally, are important qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping of all routine tasks in customer and supplier ledgers.
  • Reminder management and collection reporting.
  • Processing outgoing and incoming payments according to current authorization rules.
  • Performing reconciliations and assisting with the annual closing process.
  • Assisting with VAT reporting when necessary.
  • Other occasional tasks within the department or the group.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial flows in a company.
  • Experience working with Visma Business is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Good computer literacy.

Location:

Our office in Malmö. Normal office hours Monday to Friday.
