We are looking for you who want to work as a Specialist within Dental Care Support!

As a specialist, you belong to the Legal Support Business Area (NAR) within the Division for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labour Market Support. NAR is a dedicated support function with a national mandate, and we are located in eight cities across the country. Here, we work together to develop and support the division's operations throughout Sweden, focusing on collaboration, quality, and competence development.

Coaching, Development, and Collaboration

As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You contribute to creating a workplace learning climate, identify overall competence needs, and initiate possible training and development paths. The role involves contributing to the change and development of processes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers regarding the quality of case handling. As a specialist, you are part of the division's collective specialist support, which needs to be strengthened, particularly in Dental Care and Control.

Who are you?

  • You have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be considered equivalent.
  • You have current subject matter expertise/processing knowledge within Dental Care and Control.
  • You have a coaching approach.
  • You can understand and analyze complex issues.
  • You act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results.
  • You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are confident and trustworthy, even in demanding situations.
  • You collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.

Meritorious Qualifications

  • You have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, as well as public access and confidentiality.
  • You have good knowledge of other benefits within the Division for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labour Market Support.
  • You have experience in conducting training and mentoring new employees.
  • You have experience with quality follow-up.
  • You have good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's website/self-service services and the organization of Försäkringskassan.

Other Information

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probationary period may apply. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work opportunities exist if the job allows.
