About Ljung & Sjöberg

Ljung & Sjöberg are specialists in preventing, detecting, and handling alcohol and drug problems, gambling addiction, and codependency in the workplace.

For over 20 years, we have supported HR, managers, and employees in creating safe and sustainable work environments – with a focus on change, responsibility, and care. Ljung & Sjöberg was founded based on personal experiences and a shared insight that many managers stand alone in difficult situations, without the right support to act. This became the starting point for our work – to give employers the knowledge, courage, and structure to handle dependency issues in a thoughtful and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

As an alcohol test sampler, you carry out sobriety checks via breath analysis at companies on our behalf. The checks are conducted according to strict procedures and current regulations at the workplaces. We provide training.

The alcohol tests can be conducted seven days a week and at all times of the day – primarily during early mornings on weekdays.

The number of sampling occasions varies depending on the number of assignments in the geographical area where you operate. In this case, it involves 2–6 occasions per month. Working hours are scheduled in consultation with the client and the sampler. Sampling occasions with short notice may occur, so flexibility is advantageous.

Qualifications

Given the nature of the assignment, we look for the following personal qualities:

You have the ability to work independently and are outgoing. It is important that you are structured, efficient, and stress-resistant. You are accustomed to handling people, are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a key word for you.

• Requirement: At least upper secondary education
• Languages: Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license and own car
