Our client flow continues, and we need to strengthen our team with a new colleague. Today, the firm consists of 8 employees plus one intern.

We are an SRF-authorised firm committed to providing our customers with the best support through well-educated staff. We offer competence-enhancing training, aiming for 6–8 training days per year per employee. Our goal is for all staff to become authorised or certified.

We are looking for someone with a vocational or higher education degree in accounting and a genuine interest in the field. Knowledge of payroll is an advantage.

You should be meticulous, structured, and a team player. At our firm, "the team" comes before "the individual". Another key trait is high social competence, which is essential in your role as an aspiring accounting consultant with customer responsibility. The position involves significant personal responsibility and the ability to independently structure and plan your work.

In the spring, we strive to avoid overtime to maintain a balance between work and private life. Financial statement planning takes place in the autumn, and if we follow this plan, we can enjoy the spring. We have organized our work to allow for 3–4 weeks of consecutive leave.

To maintain a high service level for our customers, we work in teams. A team consists of a payroll consultant, an accounting economist, and an authorised accounting consultant/certified business advisor. This combination contributes to the rapid and positive development of competence across all professional groups.

We are located in modern offices in private rooms with a view of the Hylliekrök Golf Course and Ribersborg Beach. It takes 10 minutes by bus no. 7 from Malmö Central Station. We offer a parking space for those who drive to work.
