Job Description

Solhaga Elderly Care Home in Väckelsång is now looking for a new colleague!

Solhaga consists of two departments with a shared day room and outdoor area. As a new colleague, you will be assigned to one department but will receive an introduction to the entire operation and are expected to support where needed.

Daily tasks include standard care duties and delegated medication management. You will be assigned areas of responsibility within the operation and will serve as a designated key contact for care.

As an employee, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your competence through ongoing training together with the municipality's nurses, as well as practical exercises at the municipality's own KTC (Competence Center). There are also ongoing opportunities for further education through the Care and Welfare College, for example, to become a supervisor. An experience you can then apply in practice when the operation receives students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska).

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Schedule. Day, evening & weekend shifts.
