As a teaching assistant in our new resource school, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape routines, learning environments, and working methods in a growing operation. You will work in small student groups and in close collaboration with other teachers, teaching assistants, and the school health team. Together, you will create a safe, predictable, and developmental environment where every student is given the opportunity to succeed.

You will be involved in planning and delivering clear, structured, and individually adapted teaching.

What can we offer you?

You will have the opportunity to be part of the startup of the new resource school, which will belong to Mössebergsskolan. During the startup phase, you will be involved in shaping routines, learning environments, and working methods that lay the foundation for a sustainable and high-quality operation.

As a teaching assistant, you are a support and a source of security for the students in both their personal development and their knowledge development. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with teaching teachers and guardians.

As a teaching assistant, you accompany students during the various activities of the school day. Before and after school, you are part of the leisure time activities.

We offer you a meaningful assignment where you get to help create hope for the future for students who need it most. Here, the relationship with the student is a prerequisite for learning. You work structured, predictable, and with a strong focus on security, motivation, and trust.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who finds it appealing and exciting to be part of our students' knowledge acquisition and social development.

You have good knowledge of NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), interest, and experience working with students in need of special support, adapted interventions, and individually designed teaching. Education in NPF, children's learning, leisure time, and social contexts and/or in children in need of support is meritorious.

You have the ability to adapt your work based on the student's daily condition, attendance, and needs. You are stable, secure, and clear in your role towards students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a calm person with good interpersonal skills.

You can organize and drive your work so that a safe and inclusive learning environment is created. You can work independently while recognizing the importance of good collaboration. A collaboration between teacher colleagues, other professions, students, and guardians.

You see the positive in every individual student and are convinced that everyone has the opportunity to learn with the right conditions.

For us, good group dynamics are important, and we will therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
