Do you want to work in a central role where you combine personnel administration and economics within landscaping and gardening?

We are now looking for an employee who wants to support the operations within personnel administration, economics, and project administration – with a special focus on structure, quality, and project management.

About the role

As a Personnel Administrator / Economics Assistant, you have an important role in the operations where you work closely with project management, foremen, and leadership. You work under our Finance Manager and act as support within economics, personnel administration, and project administration.

The role involves responsibility for personnel administration, payroll processing, and invoice management, while also helping to create structure within projects.

You work daily in the project management system Rekyl and help ensure order and structure in the projects' economics and documentation within landscaping and gardening. You will also be responsible for personnel matters, help with recruitment, and serve as a support for the leadership.

Your work contributes to:

  • Ensuring correct financial follow-up
  • Streamlining administration and invoice flows
  • Creating structure in projects and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to production and foremen
  • Supporting staff with administrative questions, payroll issues, and other matters

Responsibilities

Personnel Administration & Economics

  • Payroll processing in VismaLön 600
  • Work in Hailey HR
  • Handling supplier invoices and customer billing
  • Accounting and administrative follow-up
  • Work in Rekyl
  • Compilation of project costs
  • Handling materials for ongoing project administration
  • Administrative support to foremen, Finance Manager, and leadership

Project and Operational Support

  • Compile materials for project meetings
  • Handle purchase materials and order administration
  • Contact with suppliers and customers
  • Support the organization with administrative tasks

We are looking for you who

Have:

  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Experience as an economics assistant
  • Experience working in Rekyl
  • Experience with VismaLön 600
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience from landscaping, gardening, or contracting industries is an advantage
