Extra Staff for Lunnevi Pool and Campsite in Grästorp

We are looking for extra staff for Lunnevi Pool and Lunnevi Campsite in Grästorp. Here you will become part of an engaged team where good hospitality and community are at the center.

Lunnevi Pool is located together with the campsite in the middle of the sports and school area in Grästorp. The pool hall has been newly renovated with two pools – just the right size and safe for families with children and other swimming enthusiasts from both Grästorp and neighboring municipalities.

In connection with the renovation, we have also continued to develop our digital services, which provide high accessibility and service for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

The work is varied and includes service, cleaning, and practical tasks to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Cashier and Reception – Welcome guests, handle bookings and payments, and provide information about the pool and campsite.

Café – Sales and simple preparation of food and drinks.

Cleaning – A central part of the work covering the swimming hall, changing rooms, showers, staff rooms, entrance, reception, and café.

Supervision of the swimming hall – Keep an eye on the pool area and be ready to act if necessary to ensure guest safety.

Swimming school and activities – With the right competence, you can support the swimming school (swimming instructors are responsible for teaching).

Camping (April–October) – Guest reception, service, ongoing maintenance, and cleaning of sanitary facilities. We place great emphasis on good hospitality – the guest experience is always in focus.

You are responsible and service-oriented and thrive in a job where the pace may vary. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and contribute to the operation running well even when conditions change.

You understand that cleaning is an important part of the overall experience and work carefully and systematically. You are confident in taking responsibility and have a good safety mindset.

The job requires good physical fitness, as you need to be able to act in an emergency situation and perform lifesaving.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good physical fitness – you must pass the Gold Badge (Guldbojen) test before employment and undergo recurring tests during employment
• Flexible, responsible, and with a positive work attitude

Conditions

The position concerns extra work as needed, for example during holidays, sick leave, and periods with high pressure in the operation. Work shifts may sometimes be offered with short notice in dialogue with the team leader. For the right person and based on the operation's needs, there is an opportunity for fixed schedule times. Working hours are varied and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled when the need arises.
