We are looking for a personal assistant for a social and active young man in Eskilstuna. Only female assistants are considered for this position.

We are looking for you who want to make a difference – every day. The client is a happy, active, and social young man who is now seeking a reliable and dedicated personal assistant.

About the role:

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Support the client in daily life, both at home and during day activities.

• Accompany on walks, coffee visits, and other daily activities.

• Help create structure and security in daily life.

• Work according to clear job descriptions and implementation plans.

We are looking for you who:

• Are independent, secure, and have good judgment.

• Have street smarts and can take responsibility in various situations.

• Enjoy working closely with another person in their home.

• Have a genuine interest in people.

• Are not allergic – the client loves animals.

• Hold a B-driver's license for manual transmission (a requirement, as driving is part of the job).

• Are able to work 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

• Value fast and direct communication and feedback.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience working with autism.

• Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).

Working hours:

• 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty, 3.5 hours according to schedule.

We are also looking for substitutes when needed, who can step in during the regular assistant's sickness or leave.
