Are you an analytical and structured person who thrives in a business-oriented role with many contact points? Do you want to work in a company where you can combine administration, data management, and collaboration with several internal functions? We are now looking for a Business Support for a large international industrial company in Gothenburg.
About the role
As a Business Support, you will become an important part of a small team working closely with sales, finance, and logistics. You will be responsible for supporting the business in administrative and business-related processes, as well as ensuring that data and information in the systems maintain high quality. This role is suitable for you who appreciate structure, have an interest in business flows, and enjoy working solution-oriented in an Excel-heavy environment.
The assignment starts upon availability but no later than September. You will start your employment as a consultant with us, with good opportunities for further development at the client company. The work is performed on-site from the company's office in Gothenburg during office hours 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and follow up on business-related data.
- Manage and quality-assure master data and price information in business systems.
- Work with large datasets and advanced functions in Excel.
- Coordinate and communicate processes between different internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to the organization regarding customer and contract-related issues.
- Participate in smaller projects and improvement initiatives related to business flows.
- Ensure structure and quality in existing systems and registers.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary education in areas such as business administration, economics, supply chain, or similar.
- Has previous experience in business support, master data, or similar functions.
- Is very proficient in working with Excel and feels confident with data management and analysis.
- Has a good understanding of business processes and administrative workflows.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience from industry, logistics, or recycling-related operations.
