As a Customer Service Representative, you handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat. You assist customers with everything from billing inquiries to service activation, viewing every customer interaction as an opportunity to create value through upselling.

A key part of the role is being attuned to the customer's needs and guiding them to the right solutions. This means that, in addition to resolving the customer's issue, you work with sales in a natural and trust-building manner, always focusing on finding what suits the customer best.

You will become part of an engaged team where we support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate our successes together. We work towards both individual and shared goals, with a focus on quality in every customer meeting.

Working hours are weekdays 08:30–17:30 and 09:30–18:30. The role begins with two weeks of paid training in customer management, our products and services, as well as sales. You will receive coaching and guidance from a personal mentor throughout your journey to becoming a fully fledged Customer Service Representative!

Who are you?

We prefer that you have experience within service, sales, or customer contact, but it is not a requirement – the right attitude and willingness to learn are what make the difference.

We are looking for you who:

  • have strong self-drive and curiosity, and enjoy working in a changing development environment.
  • enjoy customer contact, work towards set goals, and provide high service quality.
  • are experienced in using computers, write and speak Swedish fluently, and have a good command of English.
  • communicate pedagogically, take responsibility, and enjoy working in a team.
  • have an interest in service and sales.

You will be employed by and work with the parent company Sappa, which delivers broadband, TV, and supplementary services to satisfied customers across the country.
