About the role
Do you want to help build the digital growth engine that scales Swedish care services? Allevi is now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Gothenburg who wants to combine data-driven marketing, growth, and modern technology with a mission that makes a real difference.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing the website, and creating digital growth through smart distribution, marketing automation, and conversion optimization. You will work closely with the company's Content Manager to ensure that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time – and converts traffic into business.

You will become a central part of Allevi's commercial team, working at the intersection of web, CRM, advertising, and growth. Here you will have great opportunities to influence, test new things, and build scalable processes using AI, automation, and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities
In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will among other things:

• Drive traffic to Allevi's website through digital campaigns, SEO, advertising, and growth initiatives
• Be responsible for website development and conversion optimization with a focus on user experience and lead generation
• Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and digital customer journeys using AI and low-code tools
• Work closely with the Content Manager to distribute and amplify content in relevant channels
• Set up, automate, and optimize campaigns in CRM and marketing automation flows
• Ensure seamless integrations between the web, ad platforms, and CRM to maximize conversion and business value
• Monitor traffic, leads, campaign results, and ROI, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement

Who you are
We are looking for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a strong drive to create growth through digital marketing and smart technology. You thrive in an operational role where you can combine strategy, execution, and optimization.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with websites, conversion optimization, and traffic-driving activities
• Good knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation in a B2B environment
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Upsales, or Salesforce
• Proficiency in working data-driven and tracking campaign results and KPIs
• Interest in AI tools and how technology can streamline marketing and growth efforts
• Ability to collaborate closely with content and sales teams to create effective customer journeys

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and proactive. You enjoy testing new things, work in a structured manner, and are motivated by seeing clear results from your work.
