Description

Kålltorpsskolan is looking for a certified teacher for grades 7-9 with qualifications in Spanish and Swedish for a full-time (100%) substitute position during the 2026/2027 school year.

Kålltorpsskolan is a large and popular school with approximately 45 employees and 420 students in grades 7 to 9. The school is a place for learning where every student is valued and significant. The school is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area bordering the beautiful nature of the Delsjö Nature Reserve.

Responsibilities

The position includes shared mentorship for a class. As a mentor, you will have close dialogue with both students and guardians. You will be part of a teaching team with teachers in grades 7-9. Together, you will create the conditions for students' knowledge development to meet the goals of the curriculum and course plans. You will jointly be responsible for planning, documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' development. Your goal is to design a joyful and varied school day with the students' best interests at the forefront.

Subject work takes place at subject conferences, often led jointly with a lead teacher. The role also involves collaboration with professionals in student health services, other staff, and external actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 7-9 with qualifications in Spanish and Swedish. Good experience working with GSFE and other digital platforms is a great advantage.

Newly graduated teachers will participate in the Primary School Administration's Teacher Academy, providing a network and targeted activities during the first year of the profession.
