Executive Assistant and Paralegal to NCC's General Counsel

Do you want to work in a central and varied role close to senior decision-makers? Here you will combine being a close and strategic support to the General Counsel with an operational role in legal processes and projects – in an environment characterized by high confidentiality, precision, and proactivity. About the role In this role, you provide efficient, structured, and professional administrative support while acting as an operational resource in legal processes and projects. You work closely with the General Counsel and are a key part of the daily operations, where high integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial. As needed, you also serve as additional support to the Group CEO. Your responsibilities include providing close and proactive support to the General Counsel, as well as preparing, coordinating, and quality-assuring materials for board meetings, annual general meetings, and other internal meetings and conferences. You are responsible for, for example, collecting and updating text for the corporate governance report, handling insider-related matters such as maintaining logbooks during quarterly reporting and other events, and administering cases related to share conversions and notifications to the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Further duties include ongoing administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting and travel bookings, as well as invoice and expense management. The role involves many internal and external contacts and close collaboration with other parts of the organization. Your profile We are looking for you who have several years of experience in qualified administrative work in a legal context and who are confident in the role of being a proactive and professional support to executive functions. You work in a structured manner, have a sharp eye for detail, and are accustomed to handling confidential information with high integrity and good judgment. You have a relevant post-secondary education, preferably in law, paralegal studies, economics, or administration, and very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you have extensive experience working in Office 365, with document management and digital working methods. We would prefer that you have experience working closely with a General Counsel, lawyer, or other leading position at the group level, preferably from a law firm or another professional legal environment. Experience from a listed and/or international company, as well as work in board portals, are meritorious, as are paralegal education or equivalent legal competence. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in a role with significant responsibility and high demands. You are unpretentious, team-oriented, and service-minded, with the ability to prioritize and maintain structure even at times of high pace.
