UPS is now looking for an employee for our Customer Resolution Group (CRG) based in Bollnäs. At UPS, the customer is always the focus. We are therefore looking for you who enjoy providing high-quality service and thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Main responsibilities:

As an employee in the support group within customer service, you will handle incoming email inquiries regarding issues and questions from UPS customers as well as from other UPS countries. These customers expect exceptional service, and it will be your task to meet their needs and expectations.

The role also includes working with package tracking, credit processing, and claims.

The function also assists with answering incoming phone calls to the customer service department during peak work periods.

Desired qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working in the UPS Customer Service department.
• Service-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to do a good job.
• Very good knowledge of UPS services and internal data systems.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Job details

• The position is a full-time temporary assignment (40-hour work week) starting as agreed until January 31, 2027.
• Working hours vary between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, according to a schedule.
• Collective agreement with Unionen.
• Start date as agreed.
