About the Role

Are you driven by continuous improvement and delivering results? Does the idea of combining project management, change management, and digitalization sound interesting? Then we have the job for you! We are looking for someone who loves creating value and sees the connection between the needs of the electricity grid and the possibilities of digitalization. As a Project Manager within Business Development and IT, you will be a central cog in the development of the electricity grid and Sweden's transition to becoming fossil-free.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and support the implementation of the company's business development projects, with a particular focus on IT transformation.
• Drive change initiatives.
• Be a key part of our digitalization journey, where you and your colleagues act as crucial enablers to realize the company's strategy.
• Ensure that our methods and frameworks for driving business development projects are effective and utilized within the operations.

Qualifications

As a person, you are solution-oriented and drive your tasks forward to achieve results. You are motivated by developing both people and working methods, and have the ability to inspire and create engagement among stakeholders in your projects. Furthermore, you have a good ability to build trust and collaborate with others to achieve results in a shared goal. To succeed in this role, we believe you are confident and credible in your leadership and enjoy leading people through change. It is of great importance that you have the ability to handle change and can quickly adapt to new and challenging situations.

You have

• Several years of experience in project management within business development, IT, and digital transformation, preferably in a large and complex organization.
• Experience driving change projects with a focus on processes, information, and IT.
• Experience in change management and implementation of business changes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• An academic university or college degree.
• Experience with agile working methods.
