In the role of Administrator, you will become an important part of INSU's support team. You will work broadly with administration related to educational activities and serve as a central support for colleagues, course leaders, and customers based in Katrineholm.

In the role of Administrator, you will:

• Handle administration of courses, course sessions, and participants
• Manage customer contact and handle bookings of course spots
• Be responsible for scheduling and coordinating course leaders and facilities
• Support the sales organization
• Work with digital education and business systems
• Ensure that conference services and practical arrangements around education run smoothly

We are looking for you who:

• Have education within administration
• Have several years of experience in administrative work
• Are accustomed to working in parallel with various administrative support systems
• Are a curious person with the ability to prioritize and structure your work
• Are used to working towards set goals, meeting deadlines, and having a holistic perspective
• Have very good communication skills in both speech and writing

About Insu: INSU is the training company for the installation industry and a leading training partner within electricity, plumbing, ventilation, cooling, heat pump technology, automation, and security. We offer apprenticeships, university college programs, company-specific courses, and competence development for professionals throughout Sweden. Every year, we educate approximately 9,000 participants and contribute to the industry's competence supply through courses developed in close collaboration with working life.
