About the Process Developer role

The role of Process Developer is versatile and collaboration-oriented, involving close cooperation with several internal departments and functions as well as our external customer service partner. You are responsible for the "Customer Relationship Management" process, which covers the flow between the control center and customer service, as well as the information sent from the control center to customers. In your daily work, you handle both day-to-day operational issues and process development. You coordinate improvement activities and are responsible for developing and conducting training sessions, which may take place either at Ellevio's offices or at our external customer service partner's location. Travel is therefore included in the role.

You play a key role in coordinating between the control center and customer service. Here, you manage information and improvement proposals from both functions and implement the solutions that best fit the process. You also initiate your own development proposals and thrive working both independently and in collaboration with others. Additionally, you are responsible for developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outages affecting our customers. Part of the role involves contributing to system development that supports the business.

Who we are looking for

As a Process Developer, we are looking for you with a strong customer focus who enjoys improving the customer experience and finding creative solutions. You plan and organize your work efficiently and have the ability to handle both daily operational questions and long-term projects. Collaboration is important to you, and you build strong relationships with both colleagues and external partners, while also being able to work independently. Your communication is clear and engaging, and you enjoy conducting training and explaining complex processes in a simple way.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in customer contact, preferably from an event-driven business such as customer service, is valuable.
  • The ability to independently identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training is a plus.
  • Experience from electricity grid operations, especially within operations and maintenance, is an advantage.
  • Fluent communication in both spoken and written Swedish.
  • Experience leading improvement projects and developing key performance indicators is considered a plus.
