As the Quality Manager at Kahls Kaffe, you will work closely with our Technical Manager and play a central role in developing and ensuring our quality and food safety work. We are looking for you with a strong interest in food and a clear drive to build, develop, and maintain a culture characterized by quality and food safety.

This role suits both those at the beginning of their career who want to take a big step into the industry, and those with more experience who wish to contribute their skills to a developing operation. You have a genuine interest in sustainability and environmental issues and work actively through good communication to develop the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on internal and external feedback, complaints, and deviations
• Ensure and further develop our management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000
• Follow developments in product certifications such as organic, Rainforest Alliance, and Fairtrade, and contribute to new sustainable initiatives
• Be responsible for contact with the Swedish Food Agency and the environmental authority
• Plan, drive, and follow up on quality work within the operation
