I am looking for someone who is quick to laugh, has a natural aptitude for care, and knows how to switch off, as the level of activity in my care can vary. Previous experience within care and support is a plus. If you have a strong desire to learn and if our personalities click, we will provide you with thorough training.

My assistants work in a small, tight-knit group, and we do many fun things during the day. I have double staffing during daytime hours between 08:00–20:00 and single staffing for awake night shifts from 22:00–08:00.

We now need to strengthen our dream team with one additional full-time position and one part-time position (approx. 65 %) during daytime hours. Ahead of the summer, we also need some hourly employees who can step in during vacations and sick leave.

My assistants work on a rolling 6-week schedule, and daytime working hours are 08:00–20:00 or 08:00–22:00, seven days a week. For a full-time position, you work approximately 13 days per month.

Who am I? I am a cheerful man living with a broken neck and 100 % paralysis. This means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live without respiratory support, and I eat and speak normally. Given my care needs, all imaginable assistive devices are available to make my daily life easier and to support my assistants in their work.

I live in Trosa with my wife in our villa, and the assistants have their own living room and kitchen. Communication to Trosa during weekends and summer can be poor, so a prerequisite is that you have a driver's license and access to your own car. I also have my own car, which we often drive in, so it is a plus if you enjoy driving.

Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written, are an absolute requirement. It is of utmost importance that we can all understand each other.
