Rannebergsskolan is a small preschool–grade 3 school with spacious areas where students feel comfortable, safe, and enjoy a good study environment. Relationships and joy in work are central parts of our daily life. We work closely together and build a strong sense of community.

The school has approximately 120 students in adapted primary school and after-school care. The school is a 10-minute bus ride from Angered center, in an area close to nature and Vättlefjäll.

In the middle of our school, we have a school library in an integrated inner courtyard, which serves as a calm and harmonious oasis, with opportunities for gardening on the balcony. There is plenty of space and areas at the school, including the Culture Workshop (music room) and our full-size, well-equipped sports hall, which deserve mention.

During the next academic year, we will have a development project via SPSM focused on strengthening learning environments for students with intellectual disabilities (ID), neurodevelopmental disorders (ND), and speech disorders, which will permeate the entire school.

Responsibilities

You will teach in preschool class together with a colleague in a two-teacher system. This provides excellent opportunities for collaboration, development, and meeting students' diverse needs.

We work with clear structure and a conscious approach to create safety and study peace, including through the PAX program at school.

You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching with a focus on students' knowledge development and safety.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for preschool–grade 3 with broad eligibility.

Eligibility in Swedish as a Second Language (SvA) and experience working in schools in multilingual environments are meritorious.
