About the role

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired Persons). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday matters and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The client's individual needs dictate the workday, and duties may include assistance with mobility, personal care, as well as household chores and activities both inside and outside the home.

Who are you?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and identify what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

The following qualifications are meritorious for the role:

• experience in similar work
• good physical condition and ability to perform lifting tasks

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, employment level, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 45%. Working hours are scheduled as short shifts in the morning or evening. The schedule is as follows:

Week 1: Tue 19:00–22:30, Wed 21:00–22:45, Fri 06:00–07:50 + 21:00–22:45, and Sat 21:00–22:45
Week 2: Tue 19:00–22:30, Wed 21:00–22:45, Fri 06:00–07:50 + 21:00–22:45, Sat and Sun 21:00–22:45
Week 3: Tue 19:00–22:30, Wed 21:00–22:45, Fri 06:00–07:50 + 21:00–22:45
Week 4: Tue 19:00–22:30, Wed 21:00–22:45, Fri 06:00–07:50 + 21:00–22:45, Sat and Sun 21:00–22:45

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement.
