As a personal assistant, you are expected to have empathy, be attentive, and have a good understanding of what good customer service means for the client. We are now looking for a playful assistant who can juggle many balls but still maintain full supervision and has the willingness to be outdoors in all weather. The client is a lovely and cheerful 10-year-old boy. He is autistic and has type 1 diabetes as well as an intellectual disability. He also has allergies.

• Assistance with daily living, tube feeding, and communication tools in the form of picture support.
• As an assistant, you will accompany the client on various holiday trips, activities, and day trips.

• 1 night shift position at approx. 75%
• 1 position with varying day and night shifts at approx. 50%

You must be able to communicate in fluent Swedish, both orally and in writing, as some documentation and record-keeping are required. A requirement to work with the client is the ability to provide a police record extract (registerutdrag) for residential homes for youth (HVB). We are looking for someone who is:

• 20 years of age or older
• Calm
• Has a driver's license
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Experience working in healthcare is meritorious
• Experience with diabetes is meritorious
• Non-smoker

• You need to have BankID/Mobile BankID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.

• You must be able to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish as the job involves customer contact and some documentation.
