Beautiful Minds’ day activities consist of several different units with content adapted to our participants' various needs and interests. We are currently looking for an employee who will primarily work in our job group.

Your responsibilities:

Your role involves creating clarity, security, and structure, as well as motivating activity and inspiring participation and community. You will work in a training and supportive manner together with our participants to help them approach their individual goals.

We engage in work-promoting and health-promoting activities within areas such as reuse, retail, gardening, and cleaning. We are looking for someone who enjoys being active with our participants and having content-rich, developmental days together with them.

Your profile:

We are looking for you with relevant education, preferably as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with a focus on functional ability and disability, and experience working with the target group of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. You should have good knowledge of the LSS Act (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and of both physical and cognitive functional variations.

Personal suitability and maturity are very important qualities for this position. You must be able to work both independently and in a team, be flexible and solution-focused, handle stress, take responsibility for your own feelings and needs, have a professional attitude and approach towards our participants and colleagues, and have excellent proficiency in Swedish.

A key part of your role is being a contact person (contactman) and social documentation, so we expect you to have good administrative skills. Knowledge of Supported Employment and clear pedagogy (tydliggörande pedagogik) is a merit.
