We are now looking for a licensed dentist for Tandvårdshus Mora, with a flexible and stimulating assignment in Northern Dalarna – Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre.

In Northern Dalarna, dental care is an important part of society. Here, you will meet patients of all ages and contribute to good oral health, even where distances are longer and access to care is particularly significant. Whether you work in Mora, near Lake Siljan in Orsa, in the local community of Älvdalen, or in the mountain environment of Idre, your work is crucial for people's health, security, and quality of life.

With Tandvårdshus Mora as the hub and clinics in Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre, we work together as a cohesive area. Our clinics are modern, renovated, and equipped with OPG and digital scanners, providing excellent conditions for high-quality and efficient dental care. With us, you will experience variety in your daily work, strong collegial support, and the opportunity to be involved in both clinical operations and the continued development of the clinics. Together, we work to promote good oral health and contribute to equal dental care throughout Northern Dalarna.

As a general dentist with us, you will work broadly within general dentistry and meet patients of all age groups with varying care needs.

The assignment is flexible and involves working at all clinics in the northern area – Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen, and Idre, which provides variety in daily life and the opportunity to collaborate with several different teams and professional groups.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• General dental care for patients of all age groups
• Treatment of patients with special needs
• Involvement in operational and quality development

As a new employee at Region Dalarna, you are offered a structured introduction program with an individual plan from the Region's supervisory clinic. The introduction is adapted to your experience and gives you a secure start. We also have close cooperation with the specialist departments in Falun.

Requirements:

• Swedish dental license
• Experience in general dentistry
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with the T4 system
• Experience in pediatric dentistry

• Good teamwork skills and listens well when communicating with both colleagues and patients
• Views care and service as a natural part of the work
• Works to involve the patient in treatment alternatives
• Efficient and structured in organizing and prioritizing tasks
• Engaged, responsible, and willing to contribute to a positive work environment
