We are now looking for a nurse with experience in diabetes care. Welcome to our fantastic team!

The main responsibilities include initial assessments via telephone advice, teamwork at the emergency clinic, and standard nursing duties in your own clinic. Our operations also include specific clinics for Asthma/COPD, dementia, diabetes, incontinence, and infectious disease control.

We work with varied tasks in a multicultural catchment area. We use the medical record system Cosmic.

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are a specialist nurse with a focus on diabetes care, or a registered nurse with competence in diabetes.

You should enjoy exciting challenges, work at a fast pace, and have the ability to make quick and independent decisions. You possess the ability to interact with people in various situations in a professional manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be flexible, receptive, service-oriented, responsible, and have good collaboration skills with all professional categories and patients. We also look for someone who is confident in their professional role and has an interest in primary care.
