The department is a combined geriatric, orthopedic, stroke, and rehabilitation ward where we care for:

• patients with significant rehabilitation needs
• medically ill patients

We have direct admissions from the emergency department, making the work varied, challenging, and educational.

The department has 14 care beds and is divided into two care teams, with each team responsible for approximately 7-8 patients.

As a nurse with us, you are responsible, together with the team, for providing good and safe care where the patient and their relatives are always at the center.

You work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of assistant nurses, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social workers. We have close collaboration where we support each other throughout the entire shift and value a work culture characterized by cooperation, care, joy, and respect.
