About the DepartmentImaging and Functional Medicine is a county clinic with radiology departments in Avesta, Borlänge, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora, as well as a mammography unit. A total of approximately 240 employees from various professional categories work here, and together we perform around 200,000 examinations and treatments annually. We now wish to expand our staffing pool within Imaging and Functional Medicine Dalarna. We aim to further develop our operations to increase accessibility, ensure our waiting times comply with medical prioritization, actively work for good staffing levels, and increase flexibility for our employees.
We are now looking for you who are a Radiographer and interested in working in our staffing pool. The work can be based in any of the hospital towns (Avesta, Borlänge, Falun, Ludvika, Mora). The daily workplace varies and is agreed upon with the department. This position is suitable for you who wish to develop professionally, are flexible, enjoy varied tasks, and appreciate a changing daily routine.
We offer a permanent position as a Radiographer with a time-limited assignment in the pool, including a salary supplement of 7,000 SEK/month. Through your employment with us, you have several employment benefits, such as parental allowance supplement, extra vacation days when you turn 40, the opportunity to exchange salary for pension, an activity allowance of 2,000 SEK for wellness, and the opportunity to train at our facilities around Dalarna. ResponsibilitiesAs a Radiographer in the staffing pool, you will rotate between the radiology departments in Dalarna. You will work individual days, shorter consecutive periods, and during measures to reduce waiting lists at the various locations. The pace can be high at times, and the workplace and tasks may be determined with short notice. We offer a secure induction process together with experienced colleagues, adapted to your individual competence and experience.
We work with AGFA EI and Scheduling systems. The work covers days, evenings, and weekends.
Location: By agreement.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Registered Radiographer with experience in conventional radiography and computed tomography (CT).
- Category B driver's license with manual transmission and access to a private car (regional pool cars are available for special occasions).

- Experience with MRI.
To fit the role, you must also be a person who works systematically and is good at organizing and prioritizing your work. You enjoy variety, can work independently, are flexible and resilient under stress, and have good collaboration skills as you will work closely with other employees in the radiology department.
