Where can you work?

You can work within the following areas:

• Home Care (Ordinary Housing) – You visit and help elderly people living in their own homes. Here, you will be outdoors and active, meaning your days will be varied and eventful. You work both independently and together with supportive colleagues.
• Elderly Housing (Special Housing) – At our elderly housing facilities, you help residents with their needs for care and support in daily life. Together with colleagues in various roles, you form a team working to create wonderful days and a warm, secure, and joyful existence for those living here.
• LSS & Social Psychiatry – Here, you support people of all ages with physical or mental disabilities by working in group homes, housing with special support, supported living, and personal assistance within the LSS framework.

Job Responsibilities

As a temporary worker in healthcare and social care, you are an important part of someone's daily life. You help with things such as:

• Meals and activities,

Working Hours and Scope

Our operations run 24/7, all year round, which means you can work days, evenings, nights, or weekends. This offers a great chance to combine work with days off where you can enjoy your leisure time!

Qualifications

You do not need extensive experience; the most important thing for us is that you have a caring heart. We are looking for someone who:

• Meets people with warmth, respect, and engagement.
• Is sensitive, flexible, and self-assured.
• Is at least 18 years old and speaks/writes Swedish at a basic level.
• Has a valid B-driver's license (required for some positions).
• Can provide a certificate of good conduct. You can order this from polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se) (note that it may take up to 14 days to receive it).

Computer literacy is required for documentation. We also verify that you have the right to work in Sweden.

Employment Terms

• Salary: Hourly wage.
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer.
• Start Date: As agreed.
• Working Hours: Varying; work may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
