We at Attendo are now looking for a Team Leader for Tunagården in Borlänge.

Tunagården is a newly built care and housing facility in Borlänge, operated by Attendo on behalf of the municipality. Here, we work with a focus on safe, person-centered care in an operation characterized by collaboration, participation, and continuous development. Tunagården is Silviahemscertified, which means we work from a person-centered approach with a focus on high-quality dementia care.

Your primary task is to coach and to work yourself (approx. 55%) in the daily care work together with the team. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations, where the larger part of the job is working with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

The role also includes overall responsibility for quality work, where you work systematically with follow-up, analysis, and improvement measures to ensure high quality and good goal achievement.

You have several team leader colleagues, and you collaborate, bounce ideas, and exchange experiences. As a team leader, you report to the Operations Manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Your main tasks:

• Guide and work in the daily care work together with the team.
• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development discussions.
• Involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager, employees, and colleagues in the management group.
• Overall responsibility for Tunagården.
• Lead and coordinate quality and improvement meetings.
• Follow up on quality indicators, deviations, and development areas.
• Drive the operation's systematic quality work together with the Operations Manager.

As a person, you possess a natural ability to coach and lead others. You strive to be a role model for your employees, and through your strong engagement, you create a good work climate in the group every day. As a leader, you value clarity, participation, and want to develop together with your colleagues to find new solutions.

Requirements:

• Educated as a nurse assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably within elderly care.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing.
• Have good ability to plan, follow up, and drive change work.
• Are communicative and secure in your leadership role.
• Have good administrative ability and experience with documentation.

Meritorious if you additionally have:

• Previous experience of leadership, coordination, or planning.
• Experience in elderly care.
• Good knowledge of quality work and operations development.

• Work hours: 100% (approx. 55% of the position you work in care with your team)
• Working time: Daytime (evening and weekend work may occur if the operation has a need)
