Unika LSS Mellan operates several LSS (Support and Service Act) activities in the region, focusing on security, participation, and individualized support. We are currently looking for flexible hourly substitutes for our activities in Nora, Nyhyttan, and Bångbro.

Our activities are aimed at people with disabilities, and we work from a salutogenic and pedagogical approach where the individual's needs, resources, and self-determination are at the center.

The activities differ in both target group and working methods, which means a varied and developing working environment for you as an employee.

We are currently in a development phase where we are working on new working methods regarding staffing and collaboration between our units. This means that you, as an employee, will play an important role in how we develop future working methods and collaborations.

Requirements:

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience working in healthcare and social care.
• Secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

Meritorious if you additionally have:

• Experience with psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective handling.
• Experience working with complex support needs.
