About the Company

Regiontryckeriet is the Västra Götaland Region's internal printing house – a key resource that supplies printed materials to all operations within the region. We are a small team responsible for the entire chain from idea and design to finished product. Based in Trollhättan, we work closely with our clients and offer everything from digital printing and large-format production to graphic design. Our daily work is characterized by collaboration, service, and a strong interest in printed materials.

About the Role

As a finishing operator, you complete and dispatch printed materials. Your main tasks include:

• Finishing printed materials such as cutting, gluing, stapling, folding, punching, and packing
• Administrative tasks such as record keeping, handling in our e-commerce system, and receiving orders
• Ongoing contact with clients and close collaboration with colleagues in the team

Here, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within print production. Since we are a small department, flexibility and collaboration are central to our daily work – everyone helps each other where needed.

About You

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Good IT skills
• Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Good organizational skills
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written

The following qualifications are meritorious for the position:

• Several years of experience from the industry
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience with large-format printing
• Experience with order management
• Forklift license
• Experience operating finishing machines
