We are a pleasant primary healthcare center with approximately 6,100 registered patients and 23 employees. The healthcare center features clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and asthma/COPD, as well as a competent rehabilitation team. We work closely together and value an open working climate where we support and learn from each other.

Tyringe is located just outside Hässleholm and offers nature-oriented and quiet housing with a high quality of life. For commuters, there are good train connections to Helsingborg, Lund, and Malmö, and the train station is only a few minutes' walk from the healthcare center. Free parking is available right next to the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a varied daily routine involving both scheduled and acute patient visits in primary care. You will meet a broad patient group and work closely with your colleagues in a well-functioning team with a strong focus on collaboration and continuity.

We hold regular team rounds twice a week, which creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, patient safety, and close collaboration regarding patients. We work in the medical record system PMO and also have access to Melior.

Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday, and we are receptive to wishes regarding schedules and employment percentage.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with authorization to practice within the Swedish healthcare system. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Experience working in primary care is meritorious.

We are looking for you who have a professional and patient-focused approach and who enjoy collaborating with others. You contribute to a good working climate and have an engagement for both patients and the operation. Furthermore, you are flexible, curious, and have an interest in development and improvement work. Personal suitability is given great weight.
