Frölundaskolan is a primary school with approximately 270 students from preschool class to grade 9, as well as a special needs primary school for grades 1-9. Frölundaskolan is part of School Area Southwest 3 together with Slottsbergsskolan. The schools are located in southwestern Gothenburg, near Ruddalen and Frölunda Torg.

Responsibilities

Do you want to contribute to the development of Frölundaskolan? We are now looking for a teacher at 75% for teaching French in grades 7-9. You plan, conduct, and evaluate the teaching. You are part of a working team in the lower secondary school. The position may involve some mentoring duties.

We offer you stimulating and developmental work where you have the opportunity to influence the operations at our school.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications in French for grades 7-9. We also want you to be well acquainted with the curriculum and other regulatory documents.

To succeed in your assignment, it is important that you have good cooperation skills, are responsible, and can prioritize your work based on the current situation. In addition to being confident in your professional role, you enjoy working with people. You have the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and others you meet in your professional role. You have an open and positive attitude as you have the student's needs as the starting point for your actions.

To ensure that you, as a recent graduate, get the best possible start in your career, you will participate in the Primary School Administration's Teacher Academy's introduction for newly graduated teachers. The introduction gives you, as a new graduate, a network with other new graduates and targeted activities during your first year as a teacher.
