Do you want meaningful work where you make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for summer substitute staff for our service housing at Fiolgatan in Västra Frölunda.

At our facility, individuals with various disabilities live in their own apartments. The staff group operates from a shared staff apartment and works together to create safety, structure, and a good quality of life for the residents.

About the Role

As a summer substitute, you will provide support in daily life both inside and outside the home. The tasks vary depending on the residents' needs and may include, among other things:

• Support with personal care
• Help with cooking, cleaning, and shopping
• Medication management
• Accompanying residents to activities and leisure interests
• Support in social contacts and communication
• Documentation according to the implementation plan

You work with a pedagogical and low-arousal approach, contributing to enabling residents to live as independent and participatory a life as possible.

We are looking for you who

Are confident, sensitive, and positive in your interactions. You enjoy working with people and have the ability to build good relationships. You are flexible, responsible, and able to collaborate well with colleagues.

It is an advantage if you have education or experience within healthcare and social care, support assistant work, or similar operations.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Working Hours

The working hours vary and are scheduled for:

• Day
• Evening
• Weekend

About the Recruitment Process

In the event of employment, you will need to present an extract from the criminal record register as well as a valid photo ID. During the interview, you must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden through EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit.
