We are now looking for a Junior Communications Specialist for a global technology company with a clear purpose: to address the world's biggest challenges. This is a 50% consulting assignment starting immediately and running until December 31, 2026. The position is fully on-site at the client's office. You will work operationally to develop and implement communication programs for both internal and external communications. The role is broad and varied – from writing press releases and creating web content to supporting editorial material and digital content in various formats. You will work in line with the organization's global business strategy, communication strategy, and brand positioning, contributing to informing and engaging key audiences such as customers, employees, leadership, and industry media.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication programs and messages within your area of responsibility.
• Produce content in various formats – text, image, and digital – for the web, press, and internal channels.
• Write and distribute press releases and support with editorial material.
• Publish and maintain web content via digital publishing tools.
• Conduct media analysis and follow up on communication efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.

You are a curious, driven, and collaborative person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for detail, are skilled at formulating your thoughts, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel without compromising quality. You are a quick learner who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the operational work.

We are looking for someone with:

• Educational background in communication, journalism, marketing, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience or knowledge of digital communication tools for web publishing (e.g., Sitefinity), press release distribution (e.g., Cision), and media analysis (e.g., Retriever).
• Ability to create content in various formats, including basic knowledge of image editing software such as Photoshop.
