Job Responsibilities

As a support assistant within disability support, you work together with other employees to create a safe and meaningful daily life for the individuals who receive services from us. This means working to achieve operation-specific goals, participating in operational development, and working according to evidence-based methods. The individuals who receive services from us have intellectual disabilities, autism, or neuropsychiatric diagnoses. Within the operation, we work from an individualized approach; in our daily work, we rely on clarifying pedagogy and evidence-based practice.

We are now looking for several new employees as we are in a development phase where we choose to strengthen the operation through conscious overstaffing. The purpose is to meet both current and future competence needs, create better conditions for quality in the work, and provide room for learning and development. Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed a vocational education within the Child and Youth program, Care and Health program, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. Furthermore, you have experience working with clarifying pedagogy. If you also have further education within the neuropsychiatric field, it is meritorious. You have good computer skills and experience documenting in journal systems and creating implementation plans with goals. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is desirable that you have a B-driver's license.

You have an open and trust-building approach and find it easy to build good relationships. As a person, you are secure, stable, and have self-awareness; you can distinguish between the personal and professional and relate in a way that is adapted to the situation. We place high demands on independence, which means you make your own decisions and have good organizational skills. You work with flexibility in both thought and action. Furthermore, you are attentive to others' opinions and competence and give them room in the group in a way that benefits the whole.
