Here is where you will work

Trollängen is a special housing facility focusing on somatic care, dementia, and short-term/rotating care, with a total of 6 wards and 59 places. Trollängen is located in the scenic area of Trollbäcken with good bus connections from both Gullmarsplan, Haninge, and Stora Sköndal. The facility is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is close to shops, a swimming area, and green spaces.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves independently managing occupational therapy interventions for our residents. As an occupational therapist, you work with the whole person based on their physical and cognitive abilities. You are responsible for functional and activity assessments and create care plans based on the resident's needs. You follow up on and evaluate implemented measures and activities. You work with training at both individual and group levels. You are responsible for the testing and prescription of assistive devices. You supervise and delegate tasks to care staff. You work independently and in close collaboration with our physiotherapist. You will be part of the local management group and participate in team meetings on the wards.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an occupational therapist for a permanent position with an employment rate of 75%, starting on a date to be agreed upon. Working hours are during the day.

• Licensed occupational therapist.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We would appreciate if you have previous experience in elderly care.
