We are looking for a Family Home Secretary for a consultancy assignment within child and family services, focusing on foster care and authority exercises.

In this role, you will work with recruiting, investigating, training, and supervising foster homes. The work also includes contract writing as well as ongoing support and follow-up within foster care.

We are looking for you who have substantial experience working with foster homes and who are confident in driving the work forward independently with structure and quality.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree
• At least five years of experience working as a Family Home Secretary or equivalent tasks
• Good experience with BBIC
• Good experience with the Lifecare system
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Good collaboration skills and flexibility
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

• Investigation experience
• Supervisor training
• Experience with Signs of Safety
• Experience with long-term work with foster homes

About the assignment

• Full-time, 100 percent
• Start as soon as possible after assignment
• Assignment period until September 30, 2026
• Possibility of extension 3 + 3 + 3 months
• The work is performed mainly on-site with the possibility of some remote work by agreement
