We are looking for an experienced Social Secretary (Social Worker) for a consulting assignment within child and family services, focusing on placed children and young people.

In this role, you will work with authority exercises and case processing within the Child and Family Unit. The assignment includes investigation, assessment, and follow-up of interventions according to current legislation. The work also involves follow-up of placed children and young people in foster homes and community care, as well as collaboration with biological parents and the child's broader network.

We are looking for you who have substantial experience working with children and young people and who are confident in independently driving cases from investigation to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (Socialsekreterare/Socionom)
• At least eight years of experience in authority exercises and investigative work according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Law of Authority over Young People (LVU)
• Extensive experience working with placed children and young people as well as their families
• Good experience with BBIC (Building Blocks for Infant Child Assessment)
• Good experience with the business system Lifecare
• Good ability to plan, organize, and structure work independently
• Good collaboration skills and flexibility
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

• Experience with court hearings and drafting pleadings
• Experience with Signs of Safety
• Advanced experience with BBIC and Lifecare

About the Assignment

• Full-time, 100 percent
• Start as soon as possible after assignment
• Assignment period until September 30, 2026
• Possibility of extension for 3 + 3 + 3 months
• The work is performed primarily on-site with the possibility of some remote work by agreement
