We are looking for you who are interested in working as a personal assistant for a young man in his mid-20s with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives in Falun. In the role of assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the chance to help a person live on equal terms with others, as far as possible.

The work includes various forms of care, assistance with activities, and daily chores. The workplace is in his home, at his workplace, or wherever he is located. Working hours are scheduled during both day and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday. We prefer that you are available to work with short notice when needed, for example, in case of illness.

As you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected specifically for this user, good work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to work with short notice when necessary are essential.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We prefer that you have a flexible and independent working style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility and work based on the individual's needs. Good documentation skills and a professional attitude are required. You should have a genuine interest and empathy for caring for people.

Other desirable traits include a good sense of humor, calmness, patience, and responsibility. You must be fluent in Swedish, as good communication is crucial in this job. Previous experience in personal assistance is a significant advantage.
