Project Manager for Consulting Assignment in Skåne

We are looking for a Project Manager for an assignment starting immediately and running until the end of the year. The assignment is full-time, with office locations in both Malmö and Helsingborg.

Assignment Description

We are currently seeking an independent Project Manager for a long-term assignment in project management. The assignment covers projects within both residential properties and commercial spaces, with a focus on relieving the existing organization of a high project flow.

About the Assignment

You will drive several types of property projects, including:

• ROT projects (Repair, Move, Transform)
• Operation and energy optimization projects
• Tenant adaptations
• Window replacements
• Stack replacements
• OVK (Ventilation System Inspection)
• Lift replacements
• Renovations and technical projects

You are responsible for the execution of projects from start to finish and work closely with clients, contractors, property managers, and building managers.

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience as a Project Manager within property/construction.
• Are accustomed to driving projects independently.
• Have experience with ROT and renovation projects.
• Are confident in contacting contractors and clients.
• Have a good understanding of economics, schedules, and procurement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many parallel projects.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Project management of construction and renovation projects (e.g., apartment renovations).
• Conducting inspections.
• Contact and follow-up with contractors.
• Handling technical issues and operation-related matters.
• Collaborating with operation technicians and other managers in the team.
