About the Company

This is a consultancy assignment via Clockwork with a public sector agency with an important societal mandate. The organization works broadly with issues related to information management and aims to ensure that work is carried out in a responsible and trust-building manner.

The organization is in a development phase where digital channels are in focus, and a new website is being built to meet users' needs in a more accessible and user-friendly way. As part of this development work, the team is now being strengthened with a Web Communicator.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Web Communicator, you will work with producing, developing, and adapting content for the agency's new website. A large part of the assignment involves reviewing and rewriting existing material to make it more tailored to the target audience, clear, and accessible. You will also participate in building and structuring pages in web publishing tools in close collaboration with project managers and other colleagues.

In your daily work, you collaborate with lawyers and other experts to ensure that the content is both correct and easy to understand. In addition to working on the new website, you may also contribute to the development and maintenance of the existing website, the intranet, and the agency's e-services. The role may also involve supporting other common tasks within the communications field.

Scope: Full-time
Period: August 17 – December 31, 2026, with possibility of extension
Location: Stockholm
Work Form: Possibility of some remote work (up to approx. 45%)
Organization: You work in the communications unit in close collaboration with colleagues in various competence areas

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are self-motivated and proactive, with a good ability to drive your work forward independently. You thrive when collaborating with others and contribute to a good work environment. Furthermore, you are structured and meticulous in your approach, while having a solution-oriented attitude and the ability to handle challenges in a constructive way.

Requirements for the position are:

• University degree in media/communications or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar work
• Very good knowledge of the web (e.g., SEO, structure, and digital accessibility)
• Very good ability to write for the web and work with plain language
• Experience with web publishing tools, preferably Optimizely
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process includes interviews and a writing test. Interviews are planned to be held on June 16–17 in central Stockholm and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Scheduled times are June 16 at 09:00–10:30 and 15:00–16:30, and June 17 at 10:00–11:30 and 13:00–14:30.
